Return POLICY

Shanyvo Designs has a 5-day returns policy on all domestic orders (Trinidad and Tobago) and a 14-day returns policy on all international orders which means you have the corresponding days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that returns must be returned the same way that they were purchased. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shanyvodesigns@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the warehouse address: No. 4 Crystal Heights, Diego Martin.
Items purchased online, domestic or international must be shipped to the warehouse address. Items sent back to the warehouse without prior record of requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Carefully inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item, so that we may evaluate and rectify your issue.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship the correct order at no cost to the customer.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know a refund can be approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve processed your return, please contact us at shanyvodesigns@gmail.com.

Final Sale Items

Certain items cannot be returned, like sale items. Sale items purchased, items purchased buy one get one free are final sale and are ineligible for return. If a customer attempts to return final sale items they will be charged a final sale fee and the return will be rejected and can be sent back to the customer at their expense. If the customer refuses to pay the shipping expense to receive their items back, the items will be discarded.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges, only returns. If your item is eligible for return you can return the item and then repurchase once your refund or credit has been issued.
